They say to give is better than to receive. However, it is important to receive as it is to give. When you receive you give pleasure to the person who is giving to you. Plus you are opening yourself up for abundance. To shut down your receiving is to shut down the flow of energy. However, if you want to be truly abundant, you also need to give. You want to give almost as much as you receive. It is all about balance.
